Jeffry Ramon Gonzalez-Cruz, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on July 18, on a criminal trespass charge and possession of marijuana violation. According to an affidavit, police were sent to the McKenna House on South Fruit Street for a report of an unwanted guest. A staffer at the house accused Cruz of jumping on another guest's bed and wanted him to be trespassed from the property. A sergeant and officer told Cruz "numerous times" that he needed to leave but he "refused to do so." He was warned a final time to leave the premises, allegedly refused, and was arrested. The reporting officer accused Cruz of being difficult during the booking process – not allowing his picture to be taken or himself to be fingerprinted – so he was transported straight to county.
