Concord Man Arrested On Sexual Assault Charge: Police Log

Plus, a Laconia man was arrested on assault, disorderly charges while Pittsfield and Penacook women were arrested on driving charges.

CONCORD, NH — Valerie E. Fredette, year of birth 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on July 22, 2017, on warrant. She was arrested along the New England Southern Railroad property off Water Street.

Stephen J. Rizzo, YOB 1985, of Kelly Street in Manchester, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on July 21, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Portsmouth Street.

Michael J. Plaisted, YOB 1982, of Plantation Road in Laconia, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on July 21, 2017, on two counts of simple assault and two counts of disorderly conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Village Street.

Danielle A. Lemay, YOB 1992, of Kaime Road in Pittsfield, received a summons at 9:43 a.m. on July 21, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Loudon Road.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, YOB 1969, of Chapel Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on July 20, 2017, for receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.

Sarah M. Fortin, YOB 1994, of Elm Street in Penacook, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. on July 19, 2017, for operating without a valid license and a bench warrant. An officer was sent to Village Street near the Manor fire station for a vehicle operation complaint specifically, a Volkswagen Jetta that was “all over the road,” according to a court affidavit. The owner of the vehicle – Fortin – dispatch noted, had a suspended license and an active warrant. The officer spotted the vehicle on Village Street near Beede Drive but didn’t notice any erratic driving due to traffic in front of the officer but the driver appeared to be a young woman, the officer noted. The vehicle reportedly pulled onto Washington Street and stopped to pick up a pedestrian. The officer stopped, identified the driver as Fortin, and arrested her, according to the affidavit. “She told me she did not know her license was suspended,” the officer stated. A check yielded a conviction of operating without a valid license from March 2017, the officer noted. The warrant was out of Concord District Court for non-payment of fines with $665 cash to settle.

Marshall J. Villeneuve, YOB 1954, pictured, of Pitman Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on July 17, 2017, for sexual assault-forcible fondling. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the Crutchfield Building apartments on Pitman Street.
