Alleged Bow Drug Dealers, Another Face Charges
Brenin Reale, Rebecca Santy, and Keenan Hibbard were all arrested recently after a raid on River Road.

Three Bow residents were recently picked up on numerous charges as a part of the police department’s ongoing investigations into illegal drug use, according to a statement. Arrested on June 16, 2015, were Brenin Reale, Rebecca Santy, and Keenan Hibbard. At around noon on June 16, police executed a search warrant of Santy’s residence on River Road, an address that investigators had been eyeing for possible drug dealing.

“Through investigative leads and increased patrols, (police) gained information that Santy occupied the residence and was (a) suspect in illegally dealing narcotics,” Officer Philip Goodacre of the Bow Police Department stated in a court affidavit.

During the search, police allegedly found Tramadol Hydochloride, two plastic baggies of heroin, a container with “a quantity” of Buprenorphine (suboxone) and a plastic baggie of marijuana, according to the affidavit. They also allegedly found packaging materials, digital scales, pill grinders, plastic baggies, and other items leading them to suspect that Santy was allegedly dealing drugs out of the residence.

Hibbard, who was arrested in June 2014 and failed to appear in August 2014 in court, was arrested first on outstanding charges of resisting arrest, bail jumping, disorderly conduct, and three bench warrants.
Santy along with Reale were taken into custody by police after a traffic stop on Route 3A in Bow, according to police.
Santy was charged with three felony counts of possession of controlled drugs, one misdemeanor count, and three felony possession of controlled/narcotic drug with intent to distribute. Reale was arrested on outstanding charges of four counts of both possession with intent to distribute and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.
Police noted that firearms and ammunition were also allegedly seized during the warrants and additional charges may be filed in the case.
Hibbard and Reale were held on cash bail. Santy is scheduled to appear in court on July 27.
