Alleged Concord Fentanyl Dealer Charged: Log

CONCORD, NH — Jilian L. Forma, 33, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Irving on Fisherville Road.

Jonathan L. Gilman, 28, of Valley Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2016, for operating without a valid license and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Loudon Road near Hanoush Jewelers.

Stephanie N. Duncan, 28, of Canal Street in Nashua, was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Loudon Road.

Scott B. Robbins, 29, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2016, for habitual offender after a traffic stop on Washington Street in Penacook.

Derek R. Paradis, 28, pictured in a file photo, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2016, for two counts of sale of controlled drugs-fentanyl after an alleged incident on East Side Drive.

Tony E. Freeman, 29, of Mayhew Turnpike in Plymouth, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, two warrants, two counts of possession of controlled drugs, and two counts of possession of drugs. He was arrested on Summer Street in Penacook.

Mark E. Vermillion, 33, of Valley Street in Allenstown, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration.

Iyodele Graham, 33, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2016, for two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of domestic violence-assault, one count of simple assault, and one count of domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident in an apartment on Portsmouth Street.
