Concord Police Log: Caretaker Allegedly Assaults Patient, Smashes his Glass Table

Plus, Pembroke man arrested for DWI and a Franklin woman receives summons for panhandling.

Venus Jeanne Richardson, 50, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on Sept. 19, on a warrant and for possession of controlled drugs. Richardson was walking in the area of Concord Center on Ferry Street when police saw her and ran an active warrants check. Police later allegedly found a pipe and marijuana in her backpack.

Nathan Charron, 17, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 19, on a simple assault charge in Rolfe Park on Sept. 15.

Sean M. Cooper, 29, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. on Sept. 19, on a bench warrant.

Christina F. Michaud, 27, of Lake Shore Drive in Franklin, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Sept. 19, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. Police were called to the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a report of three people – a man pushing a baby carriage and two women, who were reportedly arguing. Michaud though was out on bail from June 16, and ordered to stay at least 300 feet from the man, so she was arrested.

Joshua Eric Partridge, 27, of Franklin Street in Laconia, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. on Sept. 19, on warrants for prowling and criminal trespass. Partridge was allegedly passed out on the side of the road at the intersection of North Main Street and I-393. After a check, he was arrested.

Mandy L. Bell, 36, of Celtic Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. on Sept. 19, on a simple assault charge. Police were called to a domestic at her apartment where she allegedly beat and grabbed the neck of her ex-boyfriend, who was crashing at her pad but was reportedly refusing to leave.

Walter H. Read, 37, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on Sept. 19, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle accident on South Main Street.

Jonathan Gannon, 28, of Twin Mountain Drive in Hudson, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on Sept. 20, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. Police were called to Concord Hospital to take Gannon into protective custody. During a search, a small wooden container of marijuana was allegedly found in his pocket.

Mukarugomwa Vestine, 32, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Sept. 20, on a conduct after an accident charge from Aug. 2, at the intersection of Green and Pleasant streets.

Iyodele Graham, 31, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Sept. 21, on a conduct after an accident charge from Aug. 12, on Fayette Street. She was arrested after police were called to a disturbance in a Manchester Street apartment between Graham and a man concerning another man in the apartment when he got home.

Roy A. Dewinkeleer, 43, of Carrie Avenue in Pembroke, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 21, on a driving while intoxicated charge. Dewinkeleer, while driving in a Ford Explorer on Fisherville Road, allegedly swerved on the roadway a number of times before being stopped. He allegedly admitted to drinking at the Pit Road Lounge and after a field sobriety test, was arrested.

Michael A. Courchesne, 24, of Tower Circle in Concord, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. on Sept. 21, on criminal mischief and default or breach of bail conditions charges. Police were sent to take an out of control patient in the yellow pod at Concord Hospital into custody. The patient, Courchesne, allegedly broke parts from a ceiling light fixture. He was held on $4,000 cash bail.

Sean M. Oldham, 29, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Sept. 21, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. An employee stated that Oldham allegedly opened a portable hard drive package and put them in his pocket. The value of the three hard drives was $247. Since he had been convicted of theft in Hooksett District Court in Sept. 2011 and Merrimack Superior Court in October 2010, the charge was elevated to a felony.

Joshua Alexander Knight, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Sept. 21, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. An officer was sent to School Street near the Attorney General’s Office for a man who was down on the ground. The man, Knight, was bleeding from his lips and was next to a broken bottle of coconut vodka. Drinking was a violation of his bail from a previous arrest, so he was arrested again and held.

Janet Laurie Smith, 47, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 22, on a bench warrant. An officer saw Smith sitting on a guardrail on Washington Street and issued a warrant check and found she was wanted on a criminal trespass violation from Sept. 5, $250 cash to settle.

Jonathan Young, 27, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on Sept. 22, on a simple assault charge from an apartment on 243 Pleasant Street on Sept. 17.

Christopher Jackson Mills, 50, of Concord Hill Drive in Keene, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Sept. 22, on a bench warrant out of Lebanon District Court for nonappearance in court.

Raymond Guay, 66, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 8:54 a.m. on Sept. 23, on a consumption of liquor on private property violation on Washington Street near the Hess gas station.

Diane Mary Plante, 52, of Duke Lane in Concord, was arrested at 12:27 p.m. on Sept. 23, and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief. Police were sent to 15 Heartwood Lane for a disturbance. Plante, a caretaker for a man with MS, had reportedly been fighting with the man for about a week. On this day, after arguing again, she allegedly smashed a bottle through a glass table in his apartment and also threw keys at the man.

Nina Merchant, 37, of South Main Street in Franklin, received a summons at 2:49 p.m. on Sept. 23, for passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle on Fort Eddy Road outside the L.L. Bean. The officer noted that she had been summoned 10 days before.

Ami Chadwick Strang, 38, of Main Street in Sutton, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. on Sept. 23, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. Strang was pulled over on Loudon Road after a no right turn on red turn. She had a revoked license from June 2, out of Florida, due to failure to pay a fine.

Jesse John DeFlorio, 22, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on Sept. 23, on a reckless conduct; place another in danger charge from Sept. 5, on South Main Street. He was held on $10,000 cash bail.
