Alleged Drug Dealers, Antique Car Dealer, Others Indicted

Franklin teen indicted for witness tampering plus Gilford, Hill, and Manchester residents indicted on drug charges around Merrimack County.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in May.

Stephan Condodemetraky, unknown age, pictured lower right, of Dorothy’s Way in Bedford, for tampering with witnesses and informants, nine counts of forgery, and 10 counts of title application fraud, all felonies. The title fraud and forgery charges stem from alleged motor vehicle purchase contracts involving numerous vehicles in February 2013, when Condodemetraky owned Dusty Old Cars in Nashua and Aftokinito Rally Inc. in Derry. The witness charge reportedly occurred between Feb. 27, and March 16, 2017, where Condodemetraky attempted to have another man falsely testify to a grand jury.

Tia Reed, 22, pictured upper left, of Bristol, but incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, methamphetamine with intent to sell or dispense-subsequent offense and possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, Buprenorphine, subsequent offense, all felonies, reportedly in Franklin in March 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, Reed has been convicted on six counts of sale of Oxycodone and conspiracy-controlled drug-Oxycodone in Merrimack County.

Felicia Jordan, 27, pictured upper right, of Concord, but incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, cocaine, allegedly while in jail in Boscawen on Jan. 25, 2017.

Roxanne L. Kalin, 27, of Gilford East Drive in Gilford, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on March 27, 2017, in New London.

Joshua Kuhn, 28, of Commerce Street in Hill, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Lisamfetamine, Tramadol allegedly on April 7, 2017, in Hill.

Kimberly A. Labrie, 43, of Cross Country Club Drive in Manchester, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Clonazepam allegedly on March 20, 2017, in New London.

Connie LaCasse, 19, of Central Street in Franklin, for felony witness tampering. On Oct. 26, 2016, in Franklin, while a robbery investigation was pending, allegedly attempted to induce or otherwise cause another woman to falsely tell investigators that neither she nor three other people were witnesses to the robbery.

Daryl Laurent, 20, pictured upper middle right, of Pearl Street in Brockton, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute. On March 2, 2017, in Henniker, he was allegedly in possession of the drug while near Colby Hall at New England College.

Jesse L. Lawson, 34, pictured lower middle left, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on April 15, 2017, in Hooksett.
