Alleged Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup
Bow man indicted for threatening relative, cops with loader and state prisoner charged with assault for allegedly throwing urine at guards.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Felicia Jordan, 27, of East Side Drive in Concord, on two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl, with intent to distribute, both felonies, allegedly on May 19, 2016, in Concord.

Devan Jordan, 25, pictured upper left, of East Side Drive in Concord, on four counts of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, and three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, fentanyl, allegedly on Aug. 20, 2016, in Concord.
Katelyn Hunt, 19, of Laconia Road in Pittsfield, for sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on Loudon Road in Concord on Dec. 9, 2015.

Robert Hathcoat, 37, of Ray Road in Dunbarton, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Butylone, Alpha-PVP, and resisting arrest or detention, allegedly on Aug. 29, 2015, in Dunbarton.
Kyle Gustafson, 24, of Beach Hill Drive in Manchester, for possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly at the Hooksett tollbooth on I-93 in Hooksett. He was previously convicted of possession in Manchester District Court in January 2014.
Michael Greenwood, 27, pictured lower left, currently incarcerated, for felony assault by a prisoner. On Aug. 24, 2016, he allegedly punched a corrections sergeant in the head at the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.
Bryan Franklin, 40, of Washington Street in Penacook, two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone, fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly at the Hooksett Rest Area in Hooksett on June 13, 2016.
Nicholas Francois, 21, pictured upper right, of Boulder Circle in Allenstown, for felony operating while deemed a habitual offender, reckless conduct, and disobeying an officer. He was allegedly clocked driving more than 120 mph on Route 28 in Allenstown on Sept. 29, 2016.
Windy Ferron, 24, currently incarcerated, on four felony counts of assault by a prisoner. Ferron allegedly threw “a urine smelling liquid” at two corrections officers and threatened them on July 31, 2016, at the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.
Peter Emanuel, 54, pictured lower left, of River Road in Bow, for disobeying an officer, two counts of resisting arrest, as well as criminal mischief, reckless conduct, and two counts of criminal threatening, both felonies. On Oct. 5, 2016, Emanuel allegedly used a front-end loader to try and tip over a crane that a family member was operating on River Road in Bow. He also allegedly threatened police while driving the front-end loader, according to the indictment.
