Alleged Franklin Burglar Indicted: Merrimack County Roundup
Concord man indicted for allegedly passing counterfeit $50s, woman indicted after alleged knife threat, felon indicted on weapon charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.
John Nevin, 24, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on two felony counts of burglary. Between Aug. 16, and Aug. 17, 2017, he alleged burglarized The Soda Shoppe Restaurant and Rollin’ in the Dough on Central Street in Franklin.
Mark Pelky Jr., 29, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, for felon in possession of a deadly weapon and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies. On Jan. 26, 2018, on Charles Street in Penacook, he was allegedly in possession of the drug and a Gerber knife. At the time, Pelky was out on bail after being arrested on a sale of a controlled drug charge. He was also convicted of felony accomplice to armed robbery in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2014.

Danielle Plante, 34, of Pearl Street in Concord, for felony domestic violence. On Jan. 12, 2018, in Concord, she allegedly placed an intimate partner in danger by holding a knife in her hand and walking toward him stating, “I’m going to kill you” or words to that effect.

Dante Parrish, 21, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on two felony counts of forgery. On Sept. 30, 2017, he allegedly passed counterfeit $50 bills to Main Street Taxi and Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord.
Mark Reeves, 40, of Shingle Mill Brook Road in Pittsfield, for felony conduct after an accident. In Concord, on Dec. 15, 2017, he allegedly fled the scene of a crash causing property damage and resulting in the injury of another person.
