Newport Woman Indicted For Allegedly Selling Drugs In Concord

Plus, alleged Franklin assaulter and strangler, pair of alleged armed robbery accomplices, alleged Pembroke cocaine dealer, all indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Melissa Natal, 36, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, for felony accomplice to robbery. On Aug. 25, 2017, they allegedly acting in concert with Juan Flores and another man in an armed robbery incident in Franklin.

Jessica McCall, 39, of School Street in Tilton, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Lorazepam, methamphetamine allegedly on Sept. 28, 2017, in Concord.

Sean P. McGarry, 25, with a last known address of Kelly Street in Manchester, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited and receiving stolen property – a stolen Honda Accord, both felonies, allegedly on Oct. 3, 2017, in Dunbarton.

Carrie A. Morse, 33, of Plains Court in Franklin, for felony second-degree assault and two counts of simple assault. On Sept. 15, 2017, she allegedly strangled, pulled the hair, and grabbed the face and neck of another woman in Franklin.

Hollie Niemi, 37, of Dudley Street in Nashua, for felony possession of narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 24, 2017, in Concord.

Robert O’Neill, 23, of Pembroke, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for falsifying physical evidence, possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine with intent to distribute, all felonies. On Oct. 24, 2017, believing that an investigation was underway by Hooksett Police, he allegedly removed a plastic bag containing a white substance – more than half an ounce of cocaine – and threw it away from himself as an officer approached him on Commerce Drive.

Mark Pelky, 29, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, for accomplice-sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, reportedly while aided by Rhonda Thibeault, allegedly on Loudon Road in Concord on June 28, 2017, and sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Whitney Road in Concord on May 17, 2017.

Kirsten Porter, 24, of Newport, for possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, two counts of sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, and two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, all felonies, as well as operating after suspension-subsequent. The possession and driving charge stemmed from an alleged incident on Rumford Street in Concord on Dec. 27, 2016. The drug sale charges stem from alleged incidents at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street in Concord on Aug. 10, 2016, on Thorndike Street in Concord on Sept. 13, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2014, and operating after suspension in Concord District Court in August 2016.
