Bow Men, Concord Woman, And A Prisoner Indicted On Drug Charges
Maine felon indicted on gun charge, Salisbury habitual offender indicted, a Franklin woman allegedly tampering with a witness also indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Sidney Mudgett, 32, of Robin Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on April 3, 2017, in Franklin.
Robert L. Nadeau Jr., 40, of Providence Street in Laconia, on two felony counts of deliver of articles prohibited. On Feb. 11, 2017, while imprisoned at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, he was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine as well as a bindle containing fentanyl, ketamine, and tramadol.

John Nevin, 23, of Humphrey Road in Salisbury, on two felony counts of habitual offender as well as disobeying an officer, unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. The driving charges stem from an alleged incident on Flaghole Road in Franklin on July 23, 2016, while the fraud charges reportedly occurred on the same day at Shop Express.

Katherine Niles, 30, pictured lower right, of Liberty Street in Concord, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on Oct. 19, 2016, in Concord.
Jonathan L. Nisbet, 37, of Auburn Road in Peru, ME, for felony pistols and revolvers; convicted felons – a Ruger 9 mm – allegedly on April 8, 2017, in New London. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of burglary of a motor vehicle in Oxford County ME Superior Court in September 2002.
William M. Paul IV, 28, of Grandview Road in Bow, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl alleged on March 11, 2017, in Concord.
Melissa P. Peaselee, 26, pictured upper left, of South Main Street in Franklin, for tampering with witnesses and accomplice to tampering with witnesses, both felonies. Between Feb. 3, and Feb. 4, 2017, allegedly in concert with Philp Charles on a three-way call, she attempted to induce another to change her initial statements to police as well as a one-on-one meeting in the Aubuchon Hardware parking lot.
Janice Pickering, 28, pictured lower left, of Academy Street in Laconia, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute allegedly on April 21, 2017, in the area of Route 129 in Loudon.
Thomas Pillsbury, 27, pictured upper center, of Granite Street in Northfield, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on Loudon Road in Concord on April 12, 2017.
Christopher Poire, 29, pictured upper right, of Dicandra Drive in Bow, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic drug-heroin, fentanyl, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 14, and April 10, 2017, in Bow.
