CONCORD, NH — Nkurikiye Felicien, year of birth 1973, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on June 18, 2017, for operating without a valid license and a bench warrant after a traffic stop on East Side Drive.

David R. Soucy, YOB 1963, of Burns Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. on June 18, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on I-93 between Exit 13 and 12.

Amber J. Pelletier, YOB 1977, of South Fruit Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. on June 18, 2017, for felony theft by unauthorized taking due to two prior convictions after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Michael J. Plaisted, YOB 1982, of Plantation Road in Laconia, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on June 18, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Fisherville Road near the Irving station.

Tammara A. Ipock, YOB 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on June 19, 2017, on three warrants. She was arrested at the Capital Commons Garage on Storrs Street.

Dante T. Parrish, YOB 1997, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. on June 20, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested in an apartment on Fisherville Road.

Matthew A. Perry, YOB 1986, of Thompson Settlement Road in Oakfield, ME, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on June 20, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Manchester Street near the Volvo of Concord dealership.

Eduard E. Trinkl, YOB 1987, of Proud Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on June 20, 2017, for criminal trespass. He was arrested a police headquarters.

Stefan R. Ingerson, YOB 1988, of Concord, was arrested 9:20 p.m. on June 20, 2017, for felony habitual offender, two counts of possession of controlled drugs, two counts of possession of drugs, and a brake lights required violation. He was arrested on Old Turnpike Road near the landfill.

Jonathan M. McCarthy, YOB 1983, of South Village Road in Loudon, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on June 20, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention. The charges stem from alleged incidents in the North End/Washington Street area of Concord and Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
