Alleged Meth Dealer Arrested In Concord Hotel Room
Christopher Ruggles was arrested last night by police for allegedly dealing methamphetamine – again – by Concord Police.

CONCORD, NH — A local man with previous drug arrests was arrested again on charges last night, according to Concord Police. Christopher Ruggles, 44, of Concord, was arrested on May 24, 2017, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drugs-methamphetamine with intent to distribute, both felonies. During an unrelated investigation, detectives reportedly encountered Ruggles alone in a South Main Street hotel room where narcotics were located “in plain view,” according to Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of the criminal investigations division for the Concord Police Department.
