NH Man Allegedly Threatened to Blow Up Family’s House: Indictment Roundup
Alleged burglars, felons with weapons, drug and theft suspects, a habitual offender, and a man in an indecent exposure case, all indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Keith Lonsdale, 45, of Bradford, for felony indecent exposure and lewdness, for allegedly exposing himself to others at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Bradford on Oct. 29, 2016. He was previously convicted of exposure in Hampton District Court in September 2016.

Wayne McDonald, 36, of Franklin Highway in Andover, for two felony reckless conduct counts, as well as two counts of criminal threatening. On Oct. 6, 2016, he allegedly threatened to blow up the home of a relative in Andover, forced a door open, and reportedly struck a woman with his vehicle.
Christopher Marooney, 57, of Hayward Street in Manchester, for felony operating while deemed a habitual offender and disobeying an officer. On Oct. 2, 2016, he was allegedly driving a Toyota Corolla on Woodhill Road in Bow and after a traffic stop, gave the officer a false name and date of birth, according to the indictment.

Michael Migliacci, 40, pictured lower left, of Bradford, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-brass knuckles, possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, and three counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, Lysergic Acid Diethylamine, Methylenedioxyamphetamine, all felonies, as well as false report to law enforcement. On Sept. 1, 2016, in Concord, he was arrested in the area of Sheep Davis Road. Migliacci was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jacob Marsh, 26, pictured upper center, of Pineo Road in Center Barnstead, for accomplice to burglary, a felony, for allegedly acting in concert with Dustin Hamilton to enter a building on Curtisville Road.
William Moores, 44, of Elkins Street in Franklin, for felony burglary, for allegedly burglarizing a home on Fourth Range Road in Pembroke on Oct. 1, 2016.
John Phillips, 52, of Johnson Street in Belmont, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on July 24, 2016, in Concord.
Frank Pickering, 33, pictured upper left, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felony in possession of a deadly weapons-switchblade knife, felony theft by unauthorized taking, and resisting arrest or detention. On July 26, 2016, in Concord, he allegedly stole a sandwich from Cumberland Farms on North Main Street and when arrested by police, resisted and was in possession of a weapon, according to the indictment. Pickering was convicted of a felony in November 2004 in Merrimack County Superior Court and was convicted of theft in April and October 2015 in Concord District Court.
Benyamin Ratliff, 29, pictured upper right, of Lydon Street in Concord, for felon in possession of a deadly weapon-gun. On Aug. 10, 2016, in Concord, he was allegedly in possession of a 9 mm handgun. Ratliff was previously convicted of felony reckless conduct in September 2011 in Grafton County Superior Court.
