Three in Motel Parking Lot Busted on Warrants: Log

Concord Police: Man arrested for allegedly fighting, urinating in the street in front of cops and crash leads to warrants for two women.

CONCORD, NH - Kelly Barton, 18, of Barton Road in Epsom, received a summons at 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Also receiving a summons was Charles R. Thompson, 28, of Epsom, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police were sent to the Walmart on Loudon Road for a shoplifting incident with employees alleging that Barton and Thompson removed security devices from various DVDs and then, left the store. The value of the DVDs was around $98 for Thompson and $92 for Barton, according to the report. They were both released and are due in court on March 28.

Sarah J. August, 33, of Birchdale Road in Bow, Theron L. Mayo, 41, of Snow Pond Road in Concord, and Christopher M. Ruggles, 43, of Rockingham Street in Concord, were all arrested at 8:44 p.m. on Feb. 11, 2016, on warrants. An officer conducting a patrol on Fisherville Road noticed a different vehicle parked in the Lun Hing Motel parking lot that he didn’t recognize. The vehicle also had an interior light on and it appeared as if people were searching the vehicle. A check of the vehicle found that it was registered to August and she had an active warrant out of Concord District Court on Feb. 9, for nonappearance in court. The officer went to the vehicle and spoke with August and reportedly stated that she didn’t think she missed a court date. A check of the two men with her – Mayo and Ruggles – revealed active warrants out of county so they were all arrested.

Yvonne Regan, 75, and Alexis N. Regan, 20, both of Alice Road in Concord, were arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2016, for hindering apprehension or prosecution from an incident on Dec. 29, 2015. Police were sent to a three-vehicle accident on North Main Street in front of the Speedway gas station. One of the drivers – Yvonne Regan – had an active warrant and was arrested. Alexis Regan was also arrested. Both have court dates on March 14.

Anthony Grice, 24, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:29 a.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, and charged with simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to an apartment on Loudon Road for a report of a domestic disturbance. They spoke with a woman, who had large scratch marks on her neck and chest, and stated that Grice had allegedly attacked her and then left the residence in her vehicle. One of the officers called Grice, he returned, and then, was arrested. He was arraigned on Jan. 25.

Bulambo Dunia, 28, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2015, for simple assault and public disposal of human waste. He was arrested again at 11:22 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2015, for resisting arrest or default or breach of bail conditions. In the first case, police were sent to Cherry Street for a report of a fire in progress with dispatch reporting “multiple calls” about the incident. Four men were standing outside of the building. One – Dunia – reportedly had blood on his hand and allegedly admitted punching another man. While speaking with police, he allegedly unzipped his pants and urinated on the side of the street, according to an arrest report. He was allegedly intoxicated and was arrested. In the second incident, police were sent to an apartment on Loudon Road for a report of an unwanted guest. The resident stated that a man named “Alex” had reportedly been at the apartment earlier, left, but then returned. Dispatch advised that Dunia also goes by “Alex” and there had been reportedly previous incidents in the building. The officer went to speak with Dunia, who was allegedly unsteady on his feet and slurring his words. Dunia allegedly stated he was sleeping but the officer saw that he was fully dressed and had a jacket on. After some back and forth, he was arrested, but allegedly pulled from the officer to keep from being cuffed. He was later secured and held on $2,000 cash bail.

Marial A. L. Kocdal, 26, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Dec. 19, 2015, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to a domestic at an apartment on Old Suncook Road. One of the officers made contact with a woman who alleged that Kocdal assaulted her and was intoxicated. She had a welt the size of a quarter on her head. She alleged that they started arguing because Kocdal allegedly “drinks, he rents movies through the cable network and has no way to pay for them,” according to an arrest report. She took the remote control from him, an argument ensued, and she told him to leave. They continued to argue in other rooms and in one, she pushed him away because he wouldn’t leave and he allegedly punched her in the forehead. Kocdal was found on Manchester and police held him until they could investigate the incident. The reporting officer sent to speak with him and he allegedly admitted to punching the woman because she pushed him. He was determined to be the primary aggressor to the incident and was arrested.
