Alleged Stalkers Arrested in Concord: Log
Police: Theft incidents reported at oil company, Belmont woman faces drug charges, and Hooksett man arrested for credit card fraud.

CONCORD, NH — John Hoyt, 58, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:29 a.m. on July 18, 2016, for stalking and violation of a protective order, from an alleged incident at Bagel Works on North Main Street.

Mark M. Stacey, 38, of Pembroke Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on July 19, 2016, on four counts of theft by deception from alleged incidents at Prescott and Sons on Sheep Davis Road.

Randy L. Johnson, 30, of Peasley Road in Henniker, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on July 19, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Loudon Road.
Ashley Murgatroy, 29, of Ham Avenue in Belmont, was arrested at 7 p.m. on July 19, 2016, for possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at Sears at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road. On July 10, 2015, Murgatroy was arrested on a felony theft charge at Sears, according to a court affidavit. A search of her purse allegedly yielded several pills. They were sent to the state lab and found to be Buprenorphine, according to the affidavit.

Jeffrey Hurst, 55, of West River Road in Hooksett, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. on July 20, 2016, for conspiracy to commit, fraudulent use of a credit card, receiving stolen property, and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Eugene R. Dufield, 76, of Downing Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:45 a.m. on July 20, 2016, on two bench warrants. He was arrested outside of Red River Theatres on South Main Street.
Melony J. Beebe, 37, of Union Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on July 20, 2016, for stalking and default or breach of bail conditions from an alleged incident at the entrance to a manufactured home park on Manchester Street.
Jessica R. Lord, 34, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. on July 20, 2016, on four counts of sale of controlled drugs and possession of controlled drugs. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the car wash on Integra Drive. Also arrested was Patrick Brooks, 36, of Berle Drive in Boscawen, on two counts of conspiracy to sell a controlled drug, from alleged incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Gregory A. Murray, 30, of Washington Street in Penacook, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on July 20, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital.
