Felon Arrested On Meth, Fentanyl, Weapon Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Charrise Ann Thomas, born 1999, of Tallahassee, Florida, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2019, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Amy Gail Young, born 1996, of Epsom, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on Sept. 14, on a theft charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Mark E. Kibbee, born 1973, of an unknown address, was arrested at 8:36 a.m. on Sept. 13, on a bench warrant. He was arrested under the I-393 overpass.

Erin P. Campbell, born 1982, of an unknown address, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Sept. 12, on a warrant in the Gully Hill area of Loudon Road.

Matthew Ryan Miller, born 1991, of Wilmot, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on Sept. 10, on DUI, criminal mischief, and interfere with fire alarm apparatus charges after incidents on North State Street and police headquarters.

Karen Diane Gover, born 1981, of an unknown address, was arrested on a possession of a controlled drug charge at the Best Western on Hall Street at 3:12 a.m. on Sept. 8.

Rebecca Bastian, born 1992, of Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Sept. 6, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges in the Concord Airport area of the city.

Heidi Rae Solomon-Orlick, born 1959, of Henniker, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Sept. 5, on a driving while intoxicated charge on North Main Street.

Kevin Folsom, born 1989, pictured, of an unknown address, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on Sept. 5, on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of fentanyl on Storrs Street near the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet.

Angela M. Bond, born 1976, of an unknown address, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on Sept. 4, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
