Henniker Man Arrested On Sexual Assault, Other Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Mark E. Kibbee, born 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on June 23, 2019, on a warrant as well as simple assault, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault-human trafficking/involuntary servitude charges. The charges stem from incidents in the Fosterville area of the city as well as the Kimball Jenkins Estate are on North Main Street.
Alaina Zarnowski, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 10:03 a.m. on June 22, at Concord Airport on Airport Road.
Lance S. Rickenberg, born 1959, of Henniker, pictured, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on June 21, on simple assault, sexual assault, and sexual assault-related offenses charges after an incident at the Ichiban Japanese Restaurant on Manchester Street.

Kendra Lee Robitelle, born 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 5:06 a.m. on June 21, on a warrant and a possession of a controlled drug charge at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
Brian Goodwin, born 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on June 20, on a warrant at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Andrew Glum, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on June 19, on a criminal mischief charge in the area of State and Warren streets.
Larz Raymond Menard, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on June 18, on a receiving stolen property-between $1,001-$1,500 charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Brenda L. Goodwin, born 2000, of no fixed address, was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:53 p.m. on June 17, on the railroad tracks along Storrs Street.
