Bouchard Vies for Re-Election in Concord's Ward 9

Also, paralegal Chris Pannapacker files to run for open Ward 3 seat. Candidates still needed in Ward 6, for school board.

The latest Concord City Council filings are in and now, at least two Wards will have competitive races in November.

Incumbent Ward 9 City Councilor Candace Bouchard, as expected, filed to run for re-election. She’ll face challenger Lenny O’Keefe, who filed earlier this week.

Also filing to run for the open Ward 3 council seat was Chris Pannapacker, a paralegal at The Law Offices of Martin & Hipple, PLLC, in Concord, who unsuccessfully challenged Jane Bradstreet for the Merrimack County Register of Probate seat as a Democrat last year.
