Chichester Man Arrested for DWI: Log

CONCORD, NH – Shane Duval, 29, of Laconia Road in Tilton, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on July 9, 2016, for receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at the Stove Barn on Loudon Road.

Debra A. Tatro, 54, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on July 9, 2016, for disorderly conduct and criminal threatening, after an alleged incident at Merrimack County Savings Bank on North Main Street.

Nicole L. Picknell, 32, of Bow Bog Road in Bow, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on July 9, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on South State Street.

Joshua L. Reinstein, 21 of Mill Road in Durham, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on July 9, 2016, for criminal mischief.

Michell A. Rocca, 45, of Centre Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on July 9, 2016, for theft of services after an alleged incident on Branch Turnpike.

Christopher T. Maltais, 53, of Concord Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on July 10, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident on Concord Street.

Philip Hitchcock, 53, of Horse Corner Road in Chichester, was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on July 10, 2016, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Loudon Road.

Caitlin M. Hyland, 25, of Graham Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on July 10, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs. She was arrested on South Street.

Suzanne M. Chick, 49, of Heartwood Lane in Concord, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on July 10, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Thorndike Street.

Christopher E. Hanley, 21, of Oak Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on July 11, 2016, and charged with negligent driving, resisting arrest or detention, two counts of possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, and falsifying evidence. He was arrested outside of the Washington Street School on Washington Street in Penacook.
