Concord Police: Maine woman arrested for mischief at Taco Bell, Hooksett man charged with conduct after crash, teen arrested on drug charge.

CONCORD, NH - Ashley Carter, 28, of Prince Avenue in Kittery, ME, was arrested on March 14, 2016, on a criminal mischief charge from afternoon before after an alleged incident at the Taco Bell on Loudon Road. She was arrested by Manchester Police on a 12-hour domestic violence warrant issued by Concord Police. Carter reportedly sent a text message to another person, that raised concerns, but didn’t want to speak about it with the officer, according to the report. She was arraigned later that day.

Colin J. Griffin, 26, of Hooksett Road in Hooksett, was arrested on March 13, 2016, for conduct after an accident. The charge was connected to an alleged incident at Perry Avenue and Washington Street on Feb. 6, 2016. He turned himself in to police and was arraigned on April 18.

Jessica A. Lizotte, 18, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested on March 13, 2016, for felony possession of controlled drugs from Nov. 6, 2014. At around 1 a.m., an officer saw a black Toyota with a brake light that was not working. The vehicle was stopped on South Street at Fayette. Lizotte was a passenger in the vehicle and after a check, an active warrant came up and she was arrested. She had a court date on April 18.

Alyssa M. Westover, 25, of Federal Street in Concord, was arrested on March 11, 2016, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in Concord District Court from Feb. 25, 2016, for misuse or failure to display plates. She was arrested at around 2:30 a.m. after police were sent to an apartment on the street for a report of an overdose. Westover was arrested and scheduled to be arraigned on April 11.

Brent Warren, 30, of Perley Street in Concord, was arrested on March 11, 2016, on a simple assault charge from Feb. 24, 2016, on Fayette Street.

Martin P. O’Connor, 40, of Crossmill Road in Northfield, was arrested on March 9, 2016, on bench warrants. Also arrested was Nicole L. Picknell, 32, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, for felony possession of controlled drugs (Oxycodone). An officer stopped a vehicle for a defective headlight on North State Street. A passenger in the vehicle – O’Connor – had three outstanding warrants: Nonappearance in Lebanon District Court from Jan. 16, 2016, on two counts of operating after suspension or revocation, two counts of reckless conduct, and disobeying an officer, $1,000 cash bail; nonappearance in court on two counts of driving without giving proof, two counts of operating after suspension, and forgery of a government instrument out of Franklin District Court from Jan. 26, 2016, $1,500 cash bail; and nonpayment of fines from Feb. 2, 2016, out of Franklin District Court for operating after suspension and two counts of possession of controlled drugs, $1,029 cash bail. O’Connor was arrested, reportedly couldn’t raise the money for bail, and was held. Picknell – the driver – was reportedly shifting in her seat, was jittery, and had scab marks on her face, “to be indicative of drug use,” according to the officer. A New Hampshire State Trooper showed up to assist and after a consent search of the vehicle, the officer allegedly found cut straws, a plastic baggie with pills, and a container with white residue. The pills were allegedly found to be Oxycodone and she was arrested.

Brittany L. Tirrell, 34, of Beacon Street in Concord, was arrested on March 8, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault from an alleged incident the night before on Beacon Street. She was arrested and arraigned on March 10.

Stacy A. Casaletto, 50, a homeless woman now located in Stoneham, MA, was arrested on March 8, 2016, on a bench warrant. Police were sent to Blake Street to assist the Concord Fire Department with a woman in the area at around 2 p.m. They met with Casaletto, who reportedly stated that she came to Concord to stay in a shelter, according to an arrest report. She had an active warrant out of Concord District Court for non-appearance for disorderly conduct and she was arrested. Casaletto was arraigned on April 11.

Baira Pease, 27, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2016, for felony manufacture of a controlled drug and possession of controlled drugs. Officers were sent to an apartment on South Main Street for a report of a domestic. During the course of the investigation, police filed for a search warrant after “an overpowering odor of marijuana” was coming from within the apartment. After a search, they alleged found and seized marijuana plants.
