Concord Felon Indicted On Stun Gun And Drug Charge: Roundup

Plus, alleged Rhode Island drug dealer indicted, alleged Northfield robber indicted, and Concord and Franklin women indicted on drug charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Thomas J. Kasparian, 29, of Northfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of robbery. On April 27, 2017, he allegedly acted in concert with another unknown man to use a BB gun to rob – and shoot – a man on Elm Street in Northfield.

James E. Kelly, 32, of Depot Road in Tamworth, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Alprozolam allegedly on April 28, 2017, in Concord.

Jonathan Lopes, 19, pictured lower left, of Hughes Avenue in Pawtucket, RI, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana. On April 13, April 20, and April 27, 2017, on Main Street in Henniker, he allegedly sold the drug to others. On one occasion, he allegedly was working in concert with Jason Jones. Philip Luckern, 53, of Wales Bridge Road in Loudon, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Cornhill Road in Boscawen on April 15, 2017.

Shelly Maynard, 50, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Oxycodone allegedly on May 15, 2017, in Franklin.

Jeffrey McKerley, 53, of Daniel Webster Highway in Belmont and/or Boscawen on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, morphine allegedly on April 12, 2017, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, McKerley was convicted on a charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October 1996.

Danielle Parisi, 29, of Dakin Street in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin-fentanyl mix allegedly on Aug. 29, 2016, on Fort Eddy Road in Concord.

Maria Parkinson, 36, of Monarch Lane in Claremont, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Zolpidem allegedly on March 30, 2017, in Pembroke.

Mark Pasquarello, 43, pictured lower center, of South Street in Concord, for possession by felons prohibited and possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, both felonies. On April 7, 2017, he was allegedly in possession of a Kentucky tactical stun gun at his home. On May 4, 2017, he was allegedly in possession of the drug on Green Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a felony theft charge in October 2012, in Rockingham County Superior Court.
