Concord Sex Offender, Out of Prison, is Arrested Again: Log

Police: Teens arrested on assault charges, habitual offender arrested on a Pembroke warrant, pair living inside a stolen pickup charged.

CONCORD, NH — Bounthavong Sonthikoummane, 34, of Pembroke Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Aug. 28, 2016, for disorderly conduct after an alleged incident on Pembroke Road.

Skyler S. Isenburg, 19, of Clinton Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on Aug. 28, 2016, for falsifying physical evidence after an alleged incident in Merrill Park on Eastman Street.

Andrew P. Dickinson, 26, of Beacon Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on Aug. 28, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Goodyear Auto Service Center on South Main Street.

Eric M. Todd, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:13 a.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, for robbery, criminal threatening, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. Also arrested was Justin D. Briggs, 35, also homeless, for robbery, two counts of simple assault, three counts of criminal mischief, and second-degree assault. They were arrested after an alleged incident on Park Street.

Ryan S. Stetzler, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, for receiving stolen property. Also arrested was Danielle G. Parisi, 28, of Dakin Street in Concord, was arrested was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, for receiving stolen property. According to an affidavit, officers were sent to the parking lot at Lowes for a report of stolen Ford pickup truck that was seen in the parking lot. The officers found the vehicle and spoke to Stetzler, who was in the driver’s seat, and Parisi. A check was made on the truck and it was determined to be a vehicle previously reported stolen on July 19, from the parking lot of the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street. The driver, according to the report, had left the keys in the ignition while he and his wife got a bite to eat. When they came out later, it was gone. Parisi allegedly told the officers that they had been evicted from their apartment, borrowed the truck from a friend, and were living in it the last few weeks, according to the affidavit. She reportedly denied that she knew that the truck was stolen. Parisi allegedly later admitted that Stetzler stole Chevrolet pickup truck on Aug. 26, from the Shell gas station on Sheep Davis Road, but made no attempt to report that vehicle stolen, according to the report. They were both arrested and held.

John F. Sadatis, 36, pictured, of West Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, for duty to report. A detective, according to an affidavit from Aug. 3, received notification from the NH Sex Offender Registry that Sadatis was not in compliance with his reporting requirements. He was reportedly required to register with the police after his release from prison in March 2016 and was due for his semi-annual registration in May. The officer spoke to his parole officer who stated that Sadatis had allegedly absconded and there was a warrant for his arrest. The parole officer noted that he had reached out to all of his family members, too. A warrant was then issued and he was found and arrested three weeks later.

Deebak Chouhan, 18, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, and charged with two counts of simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident in an apartment at the Concord Gardens.

Christopher M. Becker, 28, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on June 18, 2016, on a bench warrant from Pembroke Police for habitual offender, $250 cash bail. He was arrested after an officer spotted him as a passenger in another vehicle. That vehicle was stopped in front of Speedway on Water Street and he was arrested.

Renestine Ndutiye, 18, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on June 17, 2016, on two counts of simple assault from May 18, 2016, at Concord High School. The victims were two teenage women. She was arraigned on July 25.
