Woman Allegedly Steals Star Wars Light Saber from Dollar Store: Log

Concord Police: Man allegedly assaults woman at Penuche's and local couple arrested for theft at a restaurant on Christmas.

CONCORD, NH - Daniel S. King, 26, of Mason Street in Manchester, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon road on Oc. 20, 2015. He’s due in court on March 14.

Desiree M. Charter, 29, of A Street in Epsom, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension from an alleged incident outside of Walmart on Loudon Road on Dec. 22, 2015. She’s due in court on Feb. 29.

Danielle G. Parisi, 27, and Ryan S. Stetzler, 30, both of Dakin Street in Concord, were on Jan. 1, 2016, and both charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal liability for the conduct of another. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Sunshine Oriental on Loudon Road at around 6 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2015. They are both due to be arraigned at Concord District Court on Feb. 8.

Christopher E. MacArthur, 41, of South Road in Gilmanton, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on Dec. 20, 2015, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to Penuche’s in Bicentennial Square for a report of a woman being assaulted by a man. Officers met with a man, reportedly matching the description of the one involved in the assault allegation, and woman sitting on a bench near Margaritas. The man was reportedly crying while the woman was smoking a cigarette. The man – MacArthur – was allegedly intoxicated, had difficulty standing, and told officers, “I made a mistake.” The woman assisted officers in getting the name of another woman who was potentially the victim in the case. Other officers and a sergeant spoke to the victim and two witnesses about the case. The victim alleged that MacArthur “aggressively grabbed her arm and then began to yell at her,” while another man stepped in to stop the altercation. The victim had a lump on her face near her cheekbone, according to the report. Bouncers and bartenders then stepped in to de-escalate the situation, according to the report. “(The man) even advised that at one point Macarthur was so enraged and confrontational that ‘numerous individuals restrained him on to the floor,’” the officer reported. “Macarthur then left the bar and (the witness) said he contacted police.” MacArthur was arrested and arraigned on Dec. 22, 2015.

Patrick N. Ellsworth-Potter, 19, of Curtisville Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2015, for felony reckless conduct; place another in danger, driving after revocation or suspension, false report on an accident, and reckless operation on Nov. 12, 2015. He was arrested on Jan. 25.

Jasmine Y. Curtis, 20, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, received a summons at 11:15 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Penacook Street near North State after an officer ran a plate and found that her license was suspended on Nov. 17, 2015, for default court summons. She was given a summons and was arraigned on Jan. 25.

Shanna M. Lamos, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2015, on a warrant after officers were sent to Rollins Street for a domestic disturbance. Lamos had an active warrant for simple assault and criminal trespass from Nov. 14, 2015, and was arrested.

Leigh A. Lacasse, 38, of Birchdale Road in Bow, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2015, for willful concealment allegedly involving $24.90 worth of items including an extension cord, body spray, Scotch tape, toothbrush covers, a Star Wars light saber, that she put in her purse. Lacasse was arraigned on Jan. 25.

Joshua P. Lambert, 31, of Rogers Road in Center Barnstead, received a summons at 7:27 p.m. on Dec. 8, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop at the Domino’s Pizza on North Main Street for an expired inspection sticker. Arrested at the same time were James D. Hamel, 25, of School Street in Boscawen, for a bench warrant out of Laconia District Court for nonpayment of a fine, and Cody Stanford, 21, of Concord Gardens in Concord, on two warrants – nonpayment of a fine out of Concord District Court and theft from the Hopkinton Police Department. Hamel refused bail and was held. Lambert was given a summons and Stanford had two court dates in January.

Brianna Ardell-Rose Gunnison, 23, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on Dec. 8, 2015, on three counts of theft by deception based on alleged incidents on Nov. 10, and Nov. 11, 2015, at the Walmart on Loudon Road. She was arraigned on Jan. 11.
