Sfara’s previous arrest history
Sfara is no stranger to police having been convicted and arrested for crimes in and outside of the capital region, according to reports online.
In October 2014, while living on Perley Street, he was arrested for simple assault and criminal threatening after an alleged incident on South Main Street where he allegedly grabbed a woman’s head and began pounded it against the arm rest of a couch. In a previous incident, the woman alleged, Sfara threatened to “slice her throat” and destroyed her cellphone. In December of that year, he was arrested on a warrant for nonpayment of a fine after a disorderly conduct charge.
Back in 2013, according to the Laconia Daily Sun, Sfara was allegedly involved with an incident in the state prison in Berlin – reportedly involving a package that was thrown over the fence at the prison. He was in prison for a conviction out of Rockingham County, according to the report.
Nearly six years ago, he was arrested on a violation of a protective order charge. In September 2011, he was arrested on breach of bail after incidents on Warren Street. In November of that year, he was arrested for shoplifting in Salem.
