Alleged Concord, Hooksett Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Merrimack County Roundup

Plus, alleged strangler, Laconia prisoner facing possession charge, alleged teen burglar, Newport accomplice suspect, also all indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Anthony Gagnon, 34, of Clinton Street in Concord, for sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-Oxycodone and sale of a narcotic drug-Burprenorphine, both felonies, allegedly to an undercover police officer near West River Road in Hooksett on May 5, 2016.

Robert Gallant, 53, of Crystal Lake Road in Gilmanton Iron Works, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 9, 2017, in Bow. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2015.

Andrew Godfrey, 24, of Farmer Road in Hooksett, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling a woman on June 4, 2017, in Hooksett.

Carrie Gray, 28, pictured lower middle, of Pemigewasset Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly in the area of Central Street in Franklin on May 28, 2017.

Dustin Gray, 38, of Elm Street in Laconia, for felony delivery of articles to a prisoner. On Dec. 14, 2016, he allegedly was in possession of amphetamine while a prisoner at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.

Justin Haberstroh, 29, pictured lower right in a screenshot, a homeless man now located in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, sale of a substance represented to be a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on three different dates in April 2017, in Concord including near the Quality Cash Market on Eastman Street and inside the McDonald’s Restaurant on Fisherville Road in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of prior offenses in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in April 2016, and October 2014.

Travis Hattey, 22, of South Main Street in Newport, for accomplice theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, for allegedly aiding Candace Fontaine as a lookout while she reportedly stole two laptops belonging to Concord Orthopedics in New London on May 23, 2017.

Logan Howe, 18, pictured lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony burglary allegedly on June 5, 2016, at Mow Tow on West River Road in Hooksett.

Melissa Jean, 33, of Lawton Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on May 24, 2017, in Allenstown.

Magan Juszkiewicz, 25, with a last known address of Whitehall Road in Hooksett, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on May 17, 2017, in the area of Hooksett Road in Hooksett. According to the indictment, she was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in December 2014, in Rockingham County Superior Court.
