Concord Woman Arrested on Drug Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Nelly Uwituze, year of birth 1994, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 9:44 p.m. on April 9, 2017, for operating without a valid license. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Loudon Road in Walmart.

Richard D. Saunders, YOB 1977, of Woodman Street in Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on April 10, 2017, for suspended registration and operating without a valid license. He was arrested on Loudon Road.

Brandy A. Hager, YOB 1979, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on April 11, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Caitlin M. Hyland, YOB 1991, of Graham Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on April 13, 2017, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Centre Street.

Willy D. Semuhungu, YOB 1990, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on April 15, 2017, for operating without a valid license. He was arrested on Storrs Street near Bank of America.

Vicki L. Lemieux, YOB 1973, of Washington Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on April 15, 2017, for willful concealment. The charge stems from an alleged incident at The Paper Store on Fort Eddy Road.
