Concord Man Arrested On Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Donald Jackson Freese III, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2019, on domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and simple assault charges in the Garvins Falls Road area of the city.

Stephan Denault, born 1987, of an unknown address, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 31, on burglary, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Tandy's Top Shelf in Eagle Square.

Larisa Nicole Day, born 1988, of an unknown address, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. on Aug. 29, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and receiving stolen property-$1,501+ charges on North State Street near the Hood plant.

Aristarque Manzombi-Bongambe, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on Aug. 28, on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and criminal mischief charges in the area of the New Hampshire State Hospital.

Raleigh Joseph Giunta, born 1992, of an unknown address, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Aug. 27, on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges as well as a bench warrant. The theft charge stems from an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road, while the drug charge stems from an incident on Storrs Street.

Kelly Marie Geary, born 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. on Aug. 25, on a theft by deception charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Angus John MacIver, born 1983, pictured, of Concord, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on Aug. 24, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on North Spring Street.

Elisha Wildman, born 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Aug. 24, on a driving while intoxicated charge on Abbott Road.

Charles Adam Maynard, born 1987, of an unknown address, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on Aug. 23, on a simple assault charge on Old Loudon Road.
