Alleged Concord, Hooksett, Pittsfield Drug Dealers Indicted: Docs
Laconia woman, Deerfield man indicted on second-degree assault charges, Mass. woman, indicted for forgery, local man indicted for burglary.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Spencer Grayson, 21, upper left, of Rumford Street in Concord, on three felony counts of acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl. On Sept. 14, Sept. 15, and Sept. 27, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly sold drugs to an undercover officer. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of control drugs; acts prohibited in Hooksett District Court in August 2016.
Charles A. Maynard, 30, upper middle, of Birch Hill Road in Hooksett, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine, carfentanil, fentanyl. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Concord and Loudon on April 19, April 20, and May 7, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, Maynard was convicted of possession in Candia District Court in July 2012.

William Butterworth, 33, lower middle, of Pittsfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for theft by unauthorized taking and two counts sale of controlled drug-methamphetamine. The theft charge is from an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road on Dec. 9, 2017, while out on bail after being arrested on drug dealing charges. The drug sale charges stem from alleged incidents on Oct. 11, 2017, on King Street in Boscawen, and Oct. 18, 2017, on Fisherville Road in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice before of theft in Wichita KS Municipal Court in July 2009.

Tammy Cabezut, 41, of Spring Street in Laconia, for felony second-degree assault. On Oct. 28, 2017, she allegedly strangled a man in Franklin.
Brendan P. Carmody, 25, upper right, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felony burglary. Between Aug. 9, and Aug. 11, 2017, he allegedly burglarized an apartment on Alton Woods Drive in Concord.
Deborah Crowley, 56, of Bigelow Avenue in Rockland, MA, for felony forgery for allegedly uttering a check from another person’s Citizens Bank account on July 15, 2017, in Hooksett.
Trevor Drew, 27, lower left, of Wild Turkey Road in Deerfield, for felony second-degree assault. On Nov. 23, 2017, in Allenstown, he allegedly used a padlock tied to a bandana to strike another person in the eye and head.
