Concord Man Indicted On Child Assault, Evidence Charges: Court
Plus: 5 indicted on delivery of drugs in jail charges; man accused of burglarizing Hopkinton store; felon indicted on weapon, drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Anthony McMann, 27, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. He was accused of being in possession of a mixture of tramadol and fentanyl, and fentanyl while inside the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on March 25 and March 26.
Alex Rodriguez, 42, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering Mr. Mike’s Convenience Store in Hopkinton while it was closed on Dec. 23, 2019.

Brandon Limbardo, 25, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on May 7 in Concord.
Justin McInnes, 32, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge. Between Sept. 14, and Sept. 29, 2020, he was accused of conspiring with others to bring buprenorphine into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men. Alyssa Broome, 32, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, and Brian Hurton, 31, of Nashua were also indicted on single felony conspiracy to commit charge each in this case.

William Montplaisir, 32, of Robert Rogers Road in Dunbarton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent offense, crack cocaine charge on April 3 in Dunbarton. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Belknap County Superior Court on Feb. 11.
Matthew Pineault, 37, of Swiggey Brook Road in Chichester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent offense methamphetamine charge on Sept. 2, 2019, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2013.
Rachel L. Newton, 29, of Cotton Hill Road in Laconia on three delivery of articles prohibited and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. Between April 4 and April 7, she was accused of trying to conceal and possession of fentanyl, buprenorphine, and meth while inside the Merrimack County Jail.
Branden Chase, 32, of Beech Street in Manchester on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-18-inch knife, and receiving stolen property-Toyota Corolla charges, all felonies. The knife, car, and fentanyl charges were from an incident on Feb. 21 in Hooksett. The credit card charges were connected to a case at the Hooksett Walmart on Jan. 28.
Amber Flagg, 32, of Main Street in North Stratford on a felony conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-fentanyl charge sometime between Feb. 1 and March 15 in New London.
Andrew Trudell, 37, pictured, of Bog Road in Concord on one falsifying physical evidence, three second-degree assault, and two second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of pushing a child under 13 through a wall, punching that child in the eye, causing bruising, and hitting the child with a wall fan, causing lacerations, and then, altering a wall to impair an investigation on May 8 in Concord. Originally, Trudell was charged with child endangerment, assault, and mischief but the charges were upgraded in mid-July.
