Concord Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Merrimack County

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Philip E. Charles, 38, of Brackett Lane in Northfield, for felony assault by a prisoner for allegedly throwing water in another person’s face on July 16, 2017, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.

Tiffany L. Danforth, 27, of Dorrs Corner Road in Center Ossipee, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on July 2, 2017, in Hooksett.

Danne Dawson, 41, of Plymouth Drive in Concord, on two felony counts of unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle for allegedly failing to return a vehicle to U-Haul on Stickney Avenue in Concord on May 6, 2017. Tratasia Day, 24, lower left, of School Street in Stoughton, MA, on two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, cocaine, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to dispense, all felonies, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on July 12, 2017, on Cornhill Road in Boscawen.

Michael Deveno, 48, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, on two counts of felony duty to report allegedly on May 29, and July 17, 2017, in Franklin. He was convicted of rape in Massachusetts in December 1988.

Robert Dupont, 55, lower right, of Overland Street in Laconia, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charges allegedly on July 22, 2017, in Franklin.

Timmie Fair, 34, lower center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between February and June 2016, he allegedly fondled two girls under the age of 13 in Concord.

Raymond Gentzel, 34, of North State Street in Concord, for felony criminal threatening. On July 24, 2017, he allegedly threatened a police officer with a box cutter in Concord.

Daniel Grant, 24, of Craney Pond Road in Henniker, on three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl allegedly on May 24, June 29, and June 30, 2017, on Rush Road and Craney Pond Road in Henniker.
