Gun Possession And Drug Dealing Indictments Issued: County
A Northfield man was indicted on alleged witness tampering charges while a Concord refugee was indicted for allegedly beating her children.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in May.
Ryan Brouillard, 33, pictured upper right, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, for felony convicted felons. On Dec. 30, 2016, in Concord, he was allegedly in possession of a pistol after previously being convicted of felony receiving stolen property in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2012.
Alexis B. Call, 32, of Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on Nov. 23, 2016, in Concord, and March 16, 2017, in Bow.

Cody Camirand, pictured upper center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, reckless conduct, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute. The conspiracy charge stems from an alleged incident with a woman on Jan. 19, 2017, in a Loudon Road in Concord location after he was out on bail from two days before on a drug sale charge. On March 13, 2017, he allegedly fired a handgun at an occupied vehicle on Manchester Street in Concord. The possession charge and property charge – a Wicked Weaponry model rifle which had allegedly been stolen on March 9, in Manchester – reportedly occurred between March 16, and March 20, in Concord. At the time, according to the indictment, Camirand was out on bail on a conspiracy drug sale charge from March 4.

Mark Camire, 37, of Terrace Road in Franklin, on five counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Suboxone, fentanyl, Burprenorphine, morphine, Oxycodone, and three counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, Clonazepam, Alprazolam, all felonies, allegedly on April 4, 2017, in Franklin.
Paul Cerullo, 34, pictured upper left, of Pine Street in Nashua, for felony theft of lost or mislaid property – a Fitbit that was reportedly left at the Cumberland Farms in Concord on Dec. 2, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, Cerullo has been convicted of theft related incidents in October 2008 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South and in Manchester District Court in April 2012.
Joyce Chance, 32, pictured lower left, of Loudon Road in Concord, on three counts of second-degree assault-enhanced penalty and two counts of second-degree assault, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents between Aug. 1, 2016, and March 19, 2017, where she allegedly beat two of children who are under 13 with a broom handle in Concord. The alleged beatings caused "welts, scars, and/or bruises," according to the indictment.
Philip E. Charles, 38, of Brackett Lane in Northfield, for criminal solicitation and two counts of tampering with witnesses, all felonies. Between October 2016, and February 2007, he allegedly attempted to induce a witness to change her previous statement about text messages to the woman and to stay away from police. Charles also allegedly contacted another woman as a go-between to get the first woman to change her statements to police.
Eric Collins, 44, pictured lower right, of Oak Ridge Road in Epsom, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Feb. 28, 2017, in the area of Turtle Town Pond in Concord.
