Concord Felon Indicted on Drug Dealing, Shotgun Possession Charges: Roundup

Plus, a Northfield man was indicted on burglary, assault charges and a Londonderry man, a Pembroke woman were indicted on theft charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in April in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Taylor Carpentier, 22, pictured upper left, of Shaw Street in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, allegedly in the area of South Main Street in Concord on Feb. 21, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug acts prohibited in November 2016, in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Katherine Carr, 35, of School Street in Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, eight counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and felon in possession-shotgun, all felonies. In October, November, and December 2016, she allegedly sold and possessed drugs and a 12 gauge Mossberg shotgun in Concord. She also allegedly sold meth on Bradford Road in Henniker, according to the indictment. Previously, she was convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Belknap County Superior Court in November 2004.

Charles Philip, 38, of Bracket Lane in Northfield, on four felony counts of burglary as well as 10 counts of domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of criminal mischief, two counts of false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, and two counts of domestic violence-obstructing or interfering a report of a criminal offense. On Dec. 15, and Dec. 25, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Brackett Lane and assaulted and held a woman against her will. The indictment alleges that he damaged a television during one of the incidents.

Christopher Daddio, 24, of River Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Feb. 27, 2017, on Central Street. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Franklin District Court in January 2010.

Richard Davis, 42, pictured upper left center, of Granite Street in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, attempted sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. The charges stem from alleged incidents in December 2016 and January 2017, on Storrs Street, Downing Street, and East Side Drive in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Davis was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Derry District Court in April 2004.

Danne Dawson, 30, of Union Street in Pembroke, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, allegedly on Nov. 11, 2016, at Dollar General on Fisherville Road in Concord. Dawson, according to the indictment, has twice been convicted of shoplifting and receiving stolen property in December 2009, in Concord District Court.

Brian Demeritt, 49, of Londonderry, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony receiving stolen property. On March 13, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly stole a backpack from a woman. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft and/or burglary in Concord District Court in March 2015 and November 2013, and Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2000.

Jacey Eaton, 22, pictured upper right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on March 2, 2017, on East Side Drive in Concord. According to the indictment, she was out on bail at the time of the arrest on a sale of controlled/narcotic drug charge in January. Previously, she was convicted of control of premise where a controlled drug was illegally kept in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2016.

Alan K. Edwards, 46, pictured upper right center, of Pleasant Lane in Warner, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Nov. 7, 2016, and March 18, 2017, in Concord.

Chad Elliott, 39, of March Road in Sanbornton, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, both felonies, alleged on Feb. 28, 2017, in Northfield.

David Ennis, 37, of Summer Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, allegedly on Jan. 28, 2017, at the Walmart in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice of theft.

Raymond Estey, 53, of King Street in Boscawen, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on King Street in Boscawen on Feb. 20, 2017.
