Concord Police Log: Alleged Assaulter, Vandal Tased
Plus, text message about a girl in a "pool of blood" leads to heroin accusation, fight about $40, and an assault charge.

Kenneth J. Samson, 46, of Summer Street in Penacook, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on May 29, 2015, and charged with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and criminal mischief (vandalism). Officers were called to Summer Street for a domestic disturbance. When they arrived, they saw a woman outside of an apartment crying while another female was inside yelling. The woman alleged that her boyfriend, Samson, had slapped her in the face after an argument about her not letting him use her car because he was reportedly intoxicated. “(She) told us that he struck her so hard that she nearly left her feet,” the officer reported. The woman hid in a bathroom and he allegedly attempted to break the door down, causing damage to the door. Police attempted to speak with Samson but he allegedly yelled obscenities and told them to stay away. A sergeant told Samson he was under arrested and to stop walking toward the officers. When he allegedly refused, he was told to drop to the ground or he would be tased. “Samson continued to walk towards us with an aggressive posture,” the officer noted. “Samson refused to comply with our orders and was subsequently tased. After a brief struggle, Samson was taken into custody. He was held on $2,000 cash bail.
Bernice Dweh, 22, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, received a summons at 10:50 a.m. on May 28, for two counts of simple assault from March 12, 2015, in an apartment on Bog Road. She’s due in court on June 29.
Patrick J. Drew, 26, of Old Catamount Road in Deering, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on May 26, on a felony criminal threatening charge (knife or cutting instrument) from May 4, 2015, on Manchester Street. He’s due in court on July 6.

Tyler Annis, 20, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on April 7, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault from an incident on Garvins Falls Road on Jan. 31, 2015.
Amira L. Soliman, 37, of Elm Street in Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on May 25, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for an unregistered Honda Civic. He license was suspended on April 17, 2015. She’s due in court on June 29.

Robert W. Glodgett, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 8:31 p.m. on April 13, for possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. Officers were sent to Storrs Street for an alarm activation at the Liquor Commission building on Storrs Street. When they checked the building area, they reportedly found Glodgett “sitting on the stairs to an exit of the building with a sign on it saying ‘No Loitering.’” He allegedly had an open 25-ounce can of Natural Light beer and was issued the summons.
Christopher Brady, 44, of West South Street in Allentown, PA, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on April 9, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to the Thirty Pines Plaza on Village Street for a couple fighting inside a vehicle with Maryland plates. Later, the call was updated, with the woman, who was driving, reportedly kicking out the man on Borough Road near Lilac Street. A Boscawen Police officer joined Concord Police looking for the man, later identified as Brady, who was found on Borough Road, reportedly standing in the street yelling at a woman in a sedan. “(He) was clearly angry and out of breath,” the officer noted. Brady reported that he and the woman were settling a family member’s estate the past few weeks and got into an argument earlier but denied any physical contact. The woman repeated the same story but the officer noted that her head and face were red as if she had been slapped. The officer then spoke to a witness who reported seeing a man in the parking lot “repeatedly striking the female about the head, face, and shoulders,” and then saw the woman put the man in a choke hold, trying to protect herself from the blows, according to the report. Brady was then arrested.
Andrew P. Dickinson, 24, of Beacon Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on April 8, on two counts of driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation or suspension, and default or breach of bail conditions. While on South Main Street monitoring traffic, an officer saw a Nissan Altima make an illegal U-turn. The officer followed the vehicle and saw the vehicle “make a quick jerk to the left” near St. John Church and stopped in the middle of the white line. The vehicle turned onto Storrs Street and was driving about 15 mph in a 30 zone and was pulled over at Theatre Street. The driver reportedly didn’t have his license and then shuffled through the glove box looking for the registration. The officer reported that the driver smelled like alcohol and had bail paperwork in this pile of glove box papers. Dispatch advised that the vehicle was registered to Dickinson and he had a suspended license from a DWI. Dickinson reportedly asked to speak to the officer outside of the car, away from a female passenger, and the two talked about his driving status, previous arrests, and how much he had to drink that evening. He agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested.
Derek J. Dussault, 30, of Fairbanks Drive in Boscawen, was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on April 6, on a theft of services charge for allegedly refusing to pay Concord Cab Company for a ride to Walmart on Loudon Road on Jan. 5, 2015. He was arrested by Boscawen Police.
Louise A. Bernard-Gauthier, 38, of Prince Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. on April 5, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to Prince Street for a domestic with a man leaving the scene in a vehicle. The woman, Bernard-Gauthier, stated that her ex-husband was late with the custody exchange and she went out to meet with him and his new girlfriend when he pushed her away from an open car door. He allegedly later held her down on the front steps of the residence and pushed her away from the car. They later left the scene. “Louise did not have any reported injuries and there was no evidence of an assault,” the officer wrote. The ex, however, was at police headquarters to file a complaint, so the officer headed there. The ex said everything was fine until Bernard-Gauthier allegedly wouldn’t move out of the way of the car so he could shut the door. She allegedly started yelling and pointing her finger in his face. Bernard-Gauthier allegedly kept pulling on his sweater and arm, and wouldn’t let go. Later, they both ended up falling on the steps. Witnesses offered similar statements as the ex-husband. Officers went back to speak with Bernard-Gauthier and she was arrested.
Jennifer A. Azzara, 31, of Longmeadow Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on April 4, for simple assault. An officer was sent to Longmeadow Drive for a possible domestic where dispatch reported that a man had texted a relative saying “he just left his girlfriend in a pool of blood at her house.” An officer and sergeant were also sent to Hall Street speaking to a man about the incident. The reporting officer spoke to the woman, Azzara, who reportedly stated that her on-off boyfriend stole $40 from her. “She said that he has a heroin problem and she asked him to leave numerous times today and he would not leave,” the officer stated. After realizing the money was gone, she allegedly chased him down the street attempting to get it back. “Azzara told me that she did grab him by the jacket to attempt to remove the money from his pocket,” the officer stated. When asked if he had assaulted her, she reportedly replied, Not today. Another officer spoke with a witness who stated that while on Hall Street, she saw a woman “swinging her arms and striking the male with her forearms about the arms and shoulders.” The man alleged that his mother gave him the $40 earlier in the day and he said Azzara could have it. However, they got into an argument and he took the money back and left. He alleged that Azzara “struck him” in the cheek and back of the head. The witness later identified Azzara as the woman she allegedly saw striking the man and she was arrested.
