Escaped Inmates Face Stolen Vehicle Charges: Log
Police: Concord man arrested on multiple DWI charges and a Nottingham woman faces receiving stolen property charge.
CONCORD, NH — Dale W. Clark, pictured, 43, of North State Street in Concord was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2016, for theft of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief. Also arrested was Jonathan C. Ellinger, pictured, 46, of North State Street in Concord, for conspiracy to commit theft of a motor vehicle and criminal liability for the conduct of another. Both Clark and Ellinger allegedly left the minimum security unit at the New Hampshire State Prison on May 7, 2016, and fled the area in a stolen pickup truck from Key Towing on Hall Street. They were arrested on May 8, while driving into Vermont.

Mostafa H. El-Sherif, 59, of St. Andrews Drive in Bedford, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2016, for simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Water Street.

Jeffrey Saltmarsh, 51, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2016, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and three counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on North Main Street.
James E. Michalik, 56, of South Fruit Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested on South Fruit Street.

Jack Adair, 40, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident on South Fruit Street. Also arrested was Pam L. Steenbeke Adair, 47, of Blueberry Lane in Boscawen, for theft of services and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property after an alleged incident at U-Haul on Stickney Avenue.
Michael J. Tremblay, 24, of Merrimack Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:37 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He was arrested on Loudon Road near Town Fair Tire.
Joseph F. Schultz, 22, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, for two counts of simple assault, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after alleged incidents in an apartment on Loudon Road.
Nicolette M. Peno, 25, of Stage Road in Nottingham, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, for receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.
