Danbury Man Arrested on Privacy Violation Charge: Log

Concord Police: Homeless teen, with long record, in trouble again, Boscawen man arrested on drug charge, others arrested on driving charges.

CONCORD, NH — Dylan A. Simms, 19, of South Street, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on Oct. 5, 2016, on four bench warrants. He was arrested on South Street.

Sarah Fortin, 22, of Elm Street in Penacook, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Oct. 5, 2016, for operating without a valid license and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested on I-393 and East Side Drive.

Michael Robinson, 26, of Elm Street in Goffstown, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Oct. 5, 2016, on a warrant at the Burger King on Hall Street.

Joseph A. Hamel, 34, of Brook Circle in Loudon, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on Oct. 5, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, operating without a valid license, and suspended registration. He was arrested at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Cody Lambert, 23, of Route 4 in Danbury, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on Oct. 5, 2016, on a violation of privacy charge.

Robert M. Lucier, 22, of North Main Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 1:39 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at the TD Bank on Sheep Davis Road.

Jonathan M. Pickering, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two previous convictions. He was arrested at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Jacob S. Baker, 28, of Center Road in Canterbury, received a summons at 5:15 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was stopped at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Seth D. Hall, 19, of Washington Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, for operating without a valid license, reportedly at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Fisherville Road.
