Nashua Woman Arrested on Threat Charge: Log

Concord Police: Homeless woman is arrested for prowling, resisting; man arrested on second DWI charge, as well as receiving stolen property.

CONCORD, NH — Robert R. Ramalho, 23, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2016, for operating without a valid license after an alleged incident on South Main Street.

Sarah Al Al Khulaifawi, 19, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2016, for stalking after an alleged incident at the complex.

Marsha A. Parker, 51, of Vagge Street in Nashua, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2016, for criminal threatening.

Esron Mbabazi, 22, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2016, for operating without a valid license.

Frederick Bonner, 37, of Woodbine Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident at the address.

Adair P. L. Steenbeke, 47, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2016, for prowling and resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident at Cindy Ann Cleaners on North Main Street.

Christopher M. Biron, 29, of Amherst Street in Nashua, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Donald Helton, 59, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:51 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, three counts of receiving stolen property, disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension, and default or breach of bail conditions.
