Concord Woman Arrested On Assault, Resisting, Bail Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Tyler Astorian, born 1991, of Boscawen, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on June 24, 2019, on a driving after revocation or suspension after a vehicle stop on West Washington Street near Concord High School.

Joshua D. Ingram, born 1994, of Franklin, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. on June 22, on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Odd Fellows Avenue.

Darcie Rae Hall, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested a 12:50 a.m. on June 22, on a bench warrant and two other warrants after an incident on Monroe Street.

Vernon Lowell Key, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. on June 21, of simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault on the northern section of Loudon Road.

Brad E. Lizotte, born 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on June 20, on three counts of sex offender registration; failure to comply at police headquarters on Green Street.

Manirampa Melance, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on June 19, on a conduct after an accident charge from an incident on Loudon Road.

Sean Kevin O'Mara, born 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on June 19, on a warrant at Domino's Pizza on North Main Street.

Nichole Margret Heinonen, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. on June 18, on simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges in the area of the New Hampshire State Hospital.
