Concord Woman Arrested On DWI Charge After Clinton Street Crash: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Angela L. Desfosses, born 1987, of Franklin was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2023, on two stalking and two breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Merrimack County Child Advocacy Center at 163 N. Main St.

Shawn P. Dyment, born 1969, of Meredith was arrested at 1:39 p.m. on Dec. 5 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Jenessa Harding, born 2003, of Pembroke was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on Dec. 5 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges. Also charged was Madelyn Yvonne English, born 2003, of Alton Bay on a disorderly conduct charge. They were charged after an incident or investigation at Eagle Copy at 93 Storrs St.

Samantha L. Billings, born 1988, of Loudon was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on Dec. 5 and Jeremy M. Billings, born 1986, of Loudon, were both arrested on a single count of simple assault. They were charged after an incident or investigation at Eagle Copy at 93 Storrs St.

Karrie A. Fesette, born 1967, of Concord was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Dec. 5 on a driving while intoxicated charge and an unsafe lane change violation. Kevin Agostino Ferreira, 37, of Nashua was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on Nov. 24 on criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and three second-degree assault-strangulation charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Langdon Avenue. Ferreira is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Dec. 14.

Thomas Valley, born 1959, of Concord was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on Nov. 24 on disorderly conduct and two criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Elizabeth W. Johnson, born 1984, of Manchester received a summons at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 23 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Concord Street.

Brogan McHugh, born 2004, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:38 a.m. on Nov. 23 on taking without an owner’s consent, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Modena Drive.

Kevin P. Driscoll, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons on a bench warrant at 10:15 a.m. on Nov. 23 after an incident or investigation on Herbert Street.
