Laconia Woman Arrested On Stalking, Bail Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Kevin Patrick Driscoll, 49, of Dunbarton was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 14 on felony habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested after an incident at 172 N. Main St. Driscoll is due to be arraigned on Oct. 7 in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Sharon Lyn Lantz, born 1975, of Concord was cited at 10:45 a.m. on Sept. 10 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident on Canal Street.

Matthew J. Daube, born 1995, of Manchester was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on Sept. 9 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Joffre Street.

Jessica Lynne Duplak, born 1993, of Laconia was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on Sept. 8 on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges after an incident on Second Street.

Alistair B. Tenters, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 7 on a simple assault charge after an incident at The Draft on South Main Street.

Jeffrey Allen Welke, born 1966, of Boscawen was arrested at 12:49 p.m. on Sept. 6 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after an incident on Downing Street.

Kelsey Catherine O’Connor, born 1991, of New Hampton was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on Sept. 5 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 72 Manchester Street.

Byiringiro Habimana, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on Sept. 3 on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges after an incident at 142 N. Main St.

Sean G. McCabe, 35, of Concord received a summons at 9:57 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a bench warrant after an incident on Manchester Street.

Colin P. White, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on Sept. 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge as well as a bench warrant. Around 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 19, police were sent to the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street for a report of a theft. A staffer said, about two hours before, a man came into the store and stole a $5 can of Little Big Pontoon Punch as well as a Buzzball drink costing $3. The employee tried to stop the man from leaving but eventually backed away from the suspect and allowed him to leave. An officer viewed surveillance footage at the store, recognized the suspect to be White, due to “many police interactions” with him, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Laura J. Little, born 1979, of Allenstown was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a driving under the influence charge. She was arrested after an incident on Airport Road.

Jennifer Madison, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2021, on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident at 165 Loudon Road.
