Concord Woman Charged With DWI In The South End: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Kelsey Jene Smith, born 1986, of Farmington was arrested at 12:06 p.m. on July 22, 2021, on a bench warrant and a warrant. She was arrested after an incident on North State Street.

Justin Robert Comstock, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on July 20 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Fellowship House on Chesley Street.

Rodney E. Knieriemen, 52, of Rolfe Street in Concord was arrested at 9:29 p.m. on July 19 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Rolfe Street.

Michael F. Chaves, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 10:27 p.m. on July 19 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident on Bye Street.

Anthony Ray Downing, 36, of Concord was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on July 18 on two warrants as well as a criminal mischief charge after an incident at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue. He failed to appear at an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 15 on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge and a misdemeanor handguns; changing marks charge. Downing is due back in court for an arraignment on Aug. 13.

Pamela McIntyre, 42, of Concord received a summons at 1:45 p.m. on July 17 on a warrant after an incident at Memorial Field on South Fruit Street.

Kassandra Marie Gordon, 30, of Loudon was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on July 16 on six felony possession of controlled drug charges after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. She is due in superior court for arraignment on Sept. 2.

Dan Brian Parkinson, born 1964, of Concord was cited at 8:53 p.m. on July 16 on a generic city ordinance violation-excessive noise violation after an incident on Grappone Drive.

Nathan James Domenech, born 1998, of Allenstown was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on July 15 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on the Exit 13 off-ramp on Interstate 93.

Robert John Gaynor, 37, of Concord was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on July 14 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street. Gaynor failed to appear in superior court on June 17 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He is due back in court for arraignment on Aug. 6 and a dispositional conference on the theft charge on Sept. 1.

Samantha McKenna, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on July 14 on driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident on South State Street.

Erin L. Chamberland, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on July 8 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
