Man Accused Of Burning Homeless Camp Tent While Woman Was Inside
Plus: Bow teen accused of rape; Concord felon indicted on gun charge; 2 accused of drug dealing; Henniker man faces strangulation charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people have been indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Hayden Carney, 19, of Newman Street in Keene on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling a child between August 2016 and April 2018 in Bow.
Samantha Lam, 30, of Main Street in Berlin on a felony delivery of articles prohibited charge. She was accused of being in possession of fentanyl on May 4 at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen.

Michael Grass, 35, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on arson and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of setting the entryway of a tent on fire while a woman was inside, placing her in danger of death or seriously bodily injury. The tent was located at the homeless camp along the railroad tracks on Storrs Street behind Market Basket in Concord and the incident occurred on Dec. 13, 2020. Alicia McLean, 33, of True Road in Meredith on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of switching price tags on merchandise so the merchandise would scan at a lower price at Walmart in Concord on April 1. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft of property or services charges.

David Lafond, 42, of West River Road in Hooksett on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Hacket Hill Road in Hooksett on Nov. 9, 2020.
Jason Colebaugh, 36, of East Street in Winooski, Vermont, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana charge. He was accused of selling marijuana within 1,000 feet of Keasarge Regional Elementary School on Jan. 31 in New London.
Tiara L. Cyr-Cullinane, 30, of Harvard Street in Manchester on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charge. She was accused of being in possession of the drug while inside the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on March 11.
Jeffrey Bogdanowicz, 23, of Williams Street in Lancaster on a felony conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent offense-fentanyl charge between Feb. 1 and March 15 in New London.
Anthony R. Downing, 36, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of being in possession of a gun on March 14 in Pembroke. Downing was convicted on a felony charge in November 2008 in Grafton County Superior Court.
Michael Johnson, 36, of Hermit Woods Road in Sanbornton on two felony possession of controlled drug-subsequent offense charges, fentanyl and alprazolam, on Dec. 29, 2020, in Hooksett.
Brennan Szanto, 33, of Summer Street in Northfield on a felony acts prohibited; controlled drug act-methamphetamine charge on Feb. 7 in Boscawen.
Donald Wesoja, 46, of Shore Road in Henniker on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on March 4 in Henniker.
Edward Hill, 31, of Northfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony sale of a narcotic drug charge, fentanyl and cocaine mix, on March 12 in Northfield. Previously, according to the indictment, Hill was convicted on attempted manufacturing of meth in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2016.
