Former Concord School Board Candidate Arrested Again: Police Log

Warner man, with felony convictions, faces another theft charge; man charged with another DUI; woman arrested on assault charges again.

CONCORD, NH — Jennifer A. Ives, 39, of Concord was arrested at 5:58 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2020, on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident on Fisherville Road. She is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for an arraignment Sept. 18. In Hillsborough County Superior Court North, Ives has possession charges from Manchester in June for possession of morphine, heroin, and fentanyl charges. She has a number of prior convictions.

Cory Luneau, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on Aug. 10 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Home Depot on D'Amante Drive.

Anthony R. Downing, born 1985, of Concord received a summons at 1:44 p.m. on Aug. 9 on a willful concealment charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Angela Christine Lucier, 34, of Concord was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Aug. 8 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, based on two prior convictions, as well as a violation of parole warrant. She was arrested after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive. She was arraigned in superior court Aug. 10 and is due back Nov. 9. Her previous convictions include robbery with a weapon in Hooksett in October 2016, felony theft in Concord in June 2015, drug charges in Bow in January 2015, a violation of probation in October 2016, and robbery in November 2009 out of Concord.

Thomas J. Dawson, 32, of Warner was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Aug. 8 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+ charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. He was previously convicted on theft, conduct of another, and falsifying physical evidence charges out of Webster in January 2016 and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon out of Warner in October 2016. Dawson is also due in superior court on burglary, receiving stolen property, driving after revocation or suspension, and breach of bail charges Nov. 23.

Vivek Ramesh Dave, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on Aug. 8 on a driving while under the influence-second or third offense after an incident on Manchester Street near Exit 13.

Luane Adams, born 1975, of Boscawen received a summons at 10:47 a.m. on Aug. 7 on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Starbucks on Loudon Road.

Ralph J. Willette, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 6 on false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, two domestic violence-simple assault, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident in the Broken Ground area of the city. Willette was previously arrested in 2015 and 2016. He took a deal in one of the cases and served three days in jail with the rest of the sentence suspended in January 2017. Other charges were dropped. Willette ran for the Concord school board in 2007 and placed sixth out of eight candidates.

Priti Boesch- Dining, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 5 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and three breach of bail charges after an incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.
