When they arrived, they found the vehicle waiting in the drive-thru and found that the registration was expired – from August 2015 – and also under suspension – from October 2015.
The officer spoke to Robitelle, who reportedly stated that the vehicle belonged to a friend and she didn’t know that it had an expired registration. The officer told her that it was going to towed from the parking lot and she reportedly asked to grab her purse.
“At that time, (an officer) informed me that he could see several syringes and a dirty spoon sticking out of the open purse as it sat on the center console,” the officer alleged. “After pointing these items out to me, I asked Kendra about them. Kendra then let out a sigh and stated that it was heroin.”
Robitelle was arrested. A male passenger – Craig Michaud, 39 – was also arrested on a drug dealing warrant.
During a search of her purse during processing, police allegedly found five dirty syringes, dirty spoons with cotton, a dirty spoon with residue, a digital scale, mini Ziplock bags, a metal container with marijuana, a tan rock-like substance, a clear glass-like substance, and $155 in cash.
In the second incident, officers were sent to Target on D’Amante Drive for a report of a shoplifting in custody that was cooperating.
When they arrived, the reporting officer realized from past interaction that it was Robitelle and that earlier in the officer’s shift, she allegedly attempted to cash a stolen check at the Citizens Bank inside Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road that was linked to a recent burglary. She, however, had fled the area, according to the report.
According to the loss prevention officer, Robitelle was allegedly stuffing items into a blue bag while another man appeared to be assisting in distracting the store staffer, according to the report. The items – clothes and other items – were valued at $155, according to the report.
Robitelle was previously convicted on theft charges in Concord District Court in September 2013 and September 2014. During a search, officers allegedly found several syringes and several small bags with one containing white powder that test posted for methamphetamine, according to a court affidavit.
She was held on $30,000 cash bail and held.
According to online reports, Robitelle has been arrested a number of times during the past few years.
