"Trefethen is wanted by Rockingham County for possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute (times four)," White said. "Trefethen was last known to reside in Rochester, NH, but has ties to family, friends, and associates in Somersworth and Dover."

Trefethen was arrested, along with two other people, by New Hampshire State Police in Portsmouth on May 1, 2019. He was arraigned on four counts of controlled drug: acts prohibited as well as possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine. A plea and sentencing hearing was scheduled for Jan. 23 and after the hearing, the Rockingham County Superior Court requested a warrant for his arrest.
