Newport Woman Charged With DUI After Croydon Crash: NHSP Roundup

CONCORD, NH — An early morning crash on Thursday led to a Newport woman getting arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence-drugs. Elizabeth Ball, 24, was arrested on May 9, 2019, after troopers were sent to Route 10 in Croydon at around 5:15 a.m. for a report of a car crashing in the area of Spectacle Pond. The initial information reported was that the vehicle was partially in the pond.

Investigators determined, according to Lt. Michael Kokoski of Troop C, that the crash, involving a 2008 Nissan Altima, occurred at around midnight. Ball was reportedly seated in the vehicle when Croydon and Grantham Fire and New London EMTs arrived at the scene. She sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, Kokoski stated, and was transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.

Ball was charged later and will be arraigned on May 15.

Troop A Arrests

Cayla England, 25, of Rochester, was arrested on May 1, on sale of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine on I-95 North at the split in Portsmouth. Also arrested were Marie Indelli, 42, of Milton, on a sale of a controlled drug charge, and Reginald Trefethen IV, 25, of Rochester, on a sale of a controlled drug charge.

Taya Harting, 21, of Dixfield, ME, was arrested on April 29, and charged with felonious use of a firearm and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine on I-95 North near Exit 5 in Portsmouth.

Shane Lussier, 21, of North Reading, MA, was arrested on April 29, on transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, speeding, unregistered vehicle, and misuse of plates charges on Route 16 South near Exit 12 in Rochester.

Karen Brosnahan, 52, of Alton, was arrested on April 29, and charged with DUI-second or third, DUI-adult greater than 0.08, and DUI on Route 16 North near Exit 17 in Milton.

Jose Espinoza, 34, of Lynnfield, MA, was arrested on April 28, and charged with aggravated driving under the influence-0.16+, DUI-adult greater than 0.08, and DUI. He was arrested on South Road in Kensington.

Colby Emmons, 35, of Portland, ME, was arrested on April 28, on a reckless operation charge on I-95 South in Greenland.

Irene Abels, 63, of Strafford, was arrested on April 28, on a DUI charge on Route 16 North near Exit 4 in Newington.

Mary Farley, 20, of Lowell, MA, was arrested on a reckless operation charge on April 26, on I-95 North in Portsmouth.

Jorge Lopez-Hernandez, 40, of Chelsea, MA, was arrested on April 26, on an operating without a valid license charge on Route 101 West in Exeter.

Troop B Arrests

Aidally Semidey, 20, of Henniker, was arrested on May 2, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, speeding, transporting alcohol by a minor, driving without giving proof, and suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 South in Derry.

Tiphani Pichardo Hidalgo, 20, of Nashua, was arrested on April 30, on two counts of driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

Richard Marquis, 27, of Nashua, was arrested on a bench warrant on April 29, on the Everett Turnpike South in Merrimack.

Edith Moloney, 52, of Nashua, was arrested on April 29, on DUI and criminal mischief charges as well as operating without a valid license. She was arrested on West Hollis Street in Nashua.

Matthew Frazier, 42, of Derry, was arrested on April 29, on a DUI charge on I-293 on South in Manchester.

Charles Williamson, 32, of Chester, was arrested on suspension of vehicle registration, driver’s license prohibitions, and driving after revocation or suspension on April 28, on the Everett Turnpike North in Nashua.

Ryan Aleter, 25, of Manchester, was arrested on a reckless operation on April 28, on the Everett Turnpike South in Bedford.

Jonathan Joy-Pagliarulo, 37, of Meredith, was arrested on April 27, and charged with disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension. Also arrested was Crystal Joy-Pagliarulo, 34, of Meredith, for hindering apprehension/prosecution. They were arrested on I-93 South in Londonderry.

Dalvin Guillermo, 18, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested on April 27, on a reckless operation charge on Rockingham Boulevard in Salem.

Troop D Arrests

Steven Martel, 32, of Lebanon, was arrested on May 2, on a DUI charge and speeding – 16-20 mph over 65 limit in Sutton on I-89 South.

Laura Wood, 34, of Goffstown, was arrested on May 2, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge Also arrested was Thomas Laber, 29, of Manchester, was arrested on a warrant. They were arrested on I-93 North in Bow.

Joshua Schulenberger, 36, of Springfield, was arrested on May 1, on a bench warrant on Route 120 in Lebanon.

Steven Dio, 25, of Bow, was arrested on an operating after being certified as a habitual offender on Logging Hill Road in Bow on May 1. A 27-year-old man from Henniker was taken into protective custody.

Amanda Dwyer, 33, of Tilton, was arrested on April 30, on two bench warrants as well as driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges on I-93 South in Concord.

David Melvin III, 39, of Salisbury, was arrested on April 30, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge on I-93 North in Concord.

Brittani Price, 22, of Concord, was arrested on April 30, on possession of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine at the Clinton Street park and ride in Concord.

Ryan Limero, 27, of Elkins, was arrested on April 30, on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges on Route 4A in Wilmot.

Jennifer West, 34, of Claremont, was arrested on April 29, on a reckless operation charge on I-89 South in Enfield.

Christopher Haskell, 24, of Hopkinton, was arrested on I-89 North in Concord on a DUI charge.

Alexander Brennan, 20, was arrested on a transporting alcohol by a minor charge on I-93 North in Concord.

Margaret Chandonnait, 51, of Laconia, was arrested on April 29, on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and operating with an expired license charges on Route 3 in Tilton.

Kelly Curtis, 27, in Hanover, was arrested on April 28, and charged with DUI, DUI-adult greater than 0.08, speeding – 16-20 mph over 65 limit, and open container on I-89 North in Warner.

Joshua Durkee, 24, of White River Junction, VT, was arrested on April 28, on a driving after revocation or suspension and speeding – 21+ mph over 65 limit. He was arrested on I-89 South in Lebanon.

Erin Legendre, 36, of Sutton, was arrested on April 28, on a DUI charge on Route 114 in Sutton.

David Scott, 45, of Milton, MA, was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-93 North in Bow.

Yanira Guardado, 18, of Manchester, was arrested on April 27, on an operating without a valid license charge on I-93 North in Concord.

Justin Diamond, 22, of Greenville, was arrested on April 27, on a DUI charge on I-93 South on the Exit 13 onramp in Concord.

Steven Floyd, 28, of Suncook, was arrested on April 26, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the park and ride in Hooksett.

Christopher Alexandre, 31, of Pittsfield, was arrested on April 26, on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 on the Exit 13 onramp in Concord.

Other NHSP Arrests

David Sullivan, 28, of Concord, was arrested on May 2, and charged with possession of a controlled drug-subsequent and a bench warrant on West Side Road in Conway.

Kaylee Young, 18, of Sutton, was arrested on April 30, on transporting alcohol by minor and unlawful possession/intoxication on Route 110 in Stark.
