Dunbarton Man Arrested for Robbery, Assault: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Justin M. Sherman, year of birth 1986, pictured, of Mansion Road in Dunbarton, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2017, for armed robbery, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Families in Transition on Odd Fellows Avenue.

Corey A. Rapoza, YOB 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2017, on two bench warrants after an alleged incident at the Concord Gardens apartments.

Randal R. Gilbert, YOB 1987, of Hanover Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on Feb. 4, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-subsequent. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena.

Jason E. Doucette, YON 1983, of Hall Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Hall Street.

Jonathan R. Devereaux, YOB 1990, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:46 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, after an alleged incident at Donatellos Pizza on Village Street in Penacook.

Terry Holbrook, YOB 1988, of Perkins Street in Concord, received a summons at 6 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2017, for public disposal of human waste-city ordinance violation, after an alleged incident in the Legislative Parking Garage on Storrs Street.

Eric Banko, YOB 1990, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Feb. 6, 2017, for two counts of simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and domestic violence act, after an alleged incident on South Street.
