Firearm, Other Charges Filed Against Franklin Street Felon
Nicholas Trebian of Concord was arrested on assault, threat, and other charges Saturday. He's accused of refusing to surrender to police.

CONCORD, NH — A felon is facing numerous charges after being coaxed out of a building he was accused of hiding inside on Franklin Street Saturday for most of the day. Nicholas Trebian, 38, of Franklin Street in Concord was arrested March 28 on a single count of felon in possession of a firearm, a felony, as well as two assault charges, two criminal threatening charges, and a resisting arrest or detention charge. Trebian was arrested after police and later, the Central New Hampshire Special Operations Unit, were sent to an apartment building for a report of an assault.
A woman who heard the assaults and threats called police while locked inside another room in an apartment. After police were called, Trebian reportedly fled the apartment. He was discovered later hiding inside a nearby building.
After nearly eight hours, he finally exited the building — to cheers by residents, neighbors, and friends.
