Former Maryland Woman Arrested On More ID Fraud Charges: Cop Log

Bow man bagged on another DUI charge; Londonderry man arrested on DUI charge; and Concord woman accused of resisting during warrant arrest.

CONCORD, NH — Erick A. Thorell, born 1982, of Bow, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2019, on a DUI-second or third offense charge near CVS on North Main Street.

Felicia Whitten, born 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 5:06 p.m. on Oct. 4, on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Michael Robert Tucker, born 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Oct. 2, on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.

Cathryn Smith, born 1980, pictured, incarcerated in Manchester, but formerly of Maryland, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. on Oct. 1, and charged with identity fraud; pose as another, credit card fraud-$1,501+ or two priors; theft by deception-$1,501+, and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 after an incident at Granite State Credit Union on Sheep Davis Road.

Cody S. Guilmain, born 1993, of Londonderry, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on Sept. 27, on driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest or detention charges on Loudon Road near Buffalo Wild Wings.

Melanie K. Rossi, born 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on Sept. 24, on a bench warrant on Albin Street.

Heather M. Manahan, 44, of Celtic Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Sept. 23, on a resisting arrest or detention charge and a bench warrant. Officers were sent to an apartment on Celtic Street for a check the welfare call, according to an affidavit. Before arriving, the reporting officer stated they had a bench warrant for her arrest for failure to appear in court and revocation of release paperwork, too. The officers knocked on the door and received no response, at first, but were eventually able to make contact with Manahan. When advised that she was being arrested, "Manahan became argumentative and stated our arrest was illegal, and that she was not going anywhere," the officer stated. The officer accused Manahan of pulling her arms away and resisting and they ended up struggling with her, on the floor, until they were able to get her cuffed, according to the affidavit. Manahan is accused of refusing to comply during processing so she was taken directly to the Merrimack County House of Corrections and held without bail.
