CONCORD, NH — Wendy Barbara Mlilwana, born 1989, of Lynn, MA, was cited at 10:08 p.m. on May 21, 2019, on an operating without a valid license charge after a traffic stop on Pleasant Street near St. Paul's School.

Karen Crystle Tefft, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on May 18, and charged with stalking and breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at Riverbend on West Street.

Michael Robert Tucker, born 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 1:47 a.m. on May 16, on a driving while intoxicated charge on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena.

Derek Ryan Paradis, born 1988, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. on May 14, on a bench warrant in the area of Fisherville Road.

Rebecca Dawn Lebright, born 1975, of Weare, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on May 11, on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Benjamin R. Gray, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. on May 10, on a conduct after an accident charge and moving a vehicle violation on Loudon Road on Gully Hill.

James Allan Gagne, born 1993, of Northfield, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. on April 30, on a possession of a controlled drug chargeat the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Brian Sorrell, born 1982, of Litchfield, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on Feb. 8, on a resisting arrest or detention charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.
