NH Fugitive Named ‘Freedom’ Wanted By U.S. Marshals
Freedom Weymouth, a convicted attempted arsonist who stabbed a man in 2012, is wanted by police in Salem, MA, on an outstanding warrant.

CONCORD, NH — This week’s District of New Hampshire-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is wanted for a crime in Massachusetts but has connections in both the Granite State and the Bay State. Freedom Weymouth, 40, is wanted for aggravated assault on a non-family member with a knife. A warrant was issued for his arrest on March 25, 2019, by the Salem MA Police Department.
Weymouth is 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs 200 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair. Weymouth has the word “FREEDOM” tattooed on his back and a sword tattooed on his upper left arm.
Marshals report that he has been known to use the alias “Brian Timmons,” according to an alert.

“Weymouths’ current location is unknown, but has ties to the southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts areas,” according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. “(He) is believed to be traveling throughout these parts of the states frequently.”
According to The Salem News, back in 2012, Weymouth hid in a truck and then stabbed a man that was with his ex-girlfriend. He was given a seven year sentence in 2014. At the time, he was living in Peabody, MA. In 2000, he was sentenced to prison for attempted arson after tossing a bottle of gasoline into the lobby of an apartment where another ex-girlfriend was staying.
